Please read our policy below carefully for any discretions on return items (like sale items or undergarments).
Refund Policy
- We gladly accept returns for refunds/exchanges within 14-days from when your order was delivered to you
- If 14 days have gone by from the order delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund/exchange.
- If you believe your item is faulty for any reason please contact us at contact@yokaico.com with your order number/details.
- Please note that your return must be sent back to us within 14 days.
- We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
- If you return an item, the original shipping cost is not refunded.
- Once your return reaches our facility it may take 2-4 business days for your return to be processed during a normal business operations, if it is during a new product launch period for us please allow 5-7 business days for the team to process your return accordingly. If your return passes inspection, then your refund/exchange will be issued.

For refunds, the returned item(s) cost will automatically be issued to the original method of payment used during checkout.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to process back into your bank account.
- For exchange requests, we will fulfill it if stock is available and you will receive a confirmation email for the exchange order.

If you request an exchange and stock is unavailable for your request, a refund will be issued.
- We do not ship returned items back to customers if exchange requests cannot be fulfilled.
- Exchange requests can only be made for the same product being returned in either a different color-way or size.

If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified via email.
Return Standards

Items being returned must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you:
- Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, or have deodorant markings or other stains will NOT be accepted.

We cannot accept any underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.
- Whether worn or unworn any undergarments are final sale products and cannot be returned (includes both exchanges and refunds).
- Tags must not be removed.

International Returns
- International returns are welcome, however, the above statements still apply. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping & handling costs.
Late or missing refunds
Packages will be processed on a first-come basis. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for our team to process your refund once your return package has reached our facility. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (7-14 business days after being issued by us). Next, contact your bank.
