HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, based on your location
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
During regular business operations, we kindly ask that you allow 1-3 business days to fulfill your order.
During new product launch and sales please allow us 5-7 business days to fulfill your order for shipment from the day it was placed.
*Please keep in mind that the fulfillment time we request does not include the delivery timeline of the shipping method selected during checkout.
LOCAL DELIVERIES
We offer free local deliveries to the Edmonton, Alberta area!
Some issues have been mentioned that the local delivery option does not show during checkout. Please ensure that when entering your address, you choose from the prepopulated list, as they need to be displayed exactly the way it is on Google Maps. You may notice a postal code change. If so, please notify us in the delivery notes.
Local delivery works with Shop Pay, but doesn't work with other accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.
If you choose an accelerated checkout method other than Shop Pay in the first step of the checkout, local delivery may not show as a shipping method. However, you will have the option to ship the package using the listed methods provided.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply at checkout.
WHY WAS I CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?
*Please note all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country as these charges are not issued by Yokai Co. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.
Yokai Co. cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
*Yokai Co. is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. If you are concerned your package may have been lost by the shipping company, we will assist in beginning investigations/claims. Please email contact@yokaico.com
